presents!

As I entered my church office yesterday morning, I discovered it was full of presents. In an 8'x10' room, more than half of the floor space was taken up by 50+ wrapped gifts, to a depth of several feet, in some places.

I am 43 years old, and I knew that these gifts were destined for the children at the Women's Resource Center shelter, and I still experienced a moment of four-year-old glee: "look at all these presents! woopie!"

As we moved them into the sanctuary for the service, I secretly coveted each of the Tonka dump trucks...
